Objective: To observe atomizing inhalation combined montelukast treated pediatric cough after infection’s clinical efficacy.Method:80 pediatric cough after infection patients in our hospital, according to treatment ways, were divided into experimental group and control group, the control group was treated with montelukast chewable tablets oral, and the experimental group was treated with atomizing inhalation combined montelukast. To compare and observe clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:After each respective treatment, total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 60.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Used atomizing inhalation combined montelukast treated pediatric cough after infection can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment and improve children’s quality of life. It has fewer adverse reactions, exact efficacy, which is worthy of further clinical research and application.%目的：观察采用雾化吸入法联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽症状的临床疗效。方法：将本院收治的80例小儿感染后咳嗽患者按照治疗方法分为实验组与对照组，其中对照组采取孟鲁斯特咀嚼片口服治疗，实验组采用雾化吸入法联合孟鲁斯特治疗，对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果：实验组的治疗总有效率为97.5%，显著高于对照组的60.0%，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：采用雾化吸入法联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽症状，能够有效提高治疗有效率，改善患儿的生存质量，不良反应少，疗效确切，值得临床上进一步推广研究与应用。
