痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎70例临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe Tanreqing injection and conventional western medicine treated acute bronchitis in children’s clinical curative effect comparison.Method:Selected 70 cases with bronchitis in children from May 2012 to January 2013 and were randomly divided into new drug group and conventional group,in each included 35 cases. Respectively treated with Tanreqing injection and conventional western medicine,compared two groups of patients with the total efficiency index after treatment.Result:The excellent rate of new drug group was 13(37.1%),valid rate was 20(57.1%),total effective rate was 33(94.3%),which were significantly higher than the conventional group 9(25.7%),15(42.9%),24(68.6%),the results had statistically significant(P<0.05).New drug group ineffective rate was 2(5.7%),which was significantly lower than the conventional group 11(31.4%), the results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection treated acute bronchitis in children has little trauma and a significant effect.The role is certain,worthy of clinical using.%目的：观察比较痰热清注射液和常规西药治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将本院2012年5月-2013年1月70例小儿支气管炎患者随机分为新药组和常规组，各35例，分别给予痰热清注射液和常规西药治疗，比较两组患者治疗后治疗总有效率指标。结果：新药组显效13例（37.1%）、有效20例（57.1%）、总有效率94.3%明显高于常规组显效9例（25.7%）、有效15例（42.9%）、总有效率68.6%，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05），新药组无效2例（5.7%）明显低于常规组11例（31.4%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎创伤小、疗效显著，作用肯定，值得临床推广使用。
