中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in unstable angina pectoris. Method:From January 2011 to January 2013,90 patients were treated with unstable angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was treated with Integrative Medicine,the control group were given alone western medicine. Result:The observation group’s total effective rate was 91.1%,control group clinical total effective rate was 76.5%,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05). The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion:Integrated Traditional and western medicine have significant effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris,and the advantages of safety,reliability,which is worthy of extensive promotion and in clinical use.%目的：探讨中西医结合治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选取本院在2011年1月-2013年1月收治的90例不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗，对照组患者单独给予西药治疗。结果：观察组临床疗效总有效率为91.1％，对照组临床疗效总有效率为76.5％，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者均无明显的不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著，具有安全、可靠性，值得在临床上广泛推广和使用。
