基于老年高血压患者服药依从性的护理对策分析

摘要

目的：探讨老年高血压患者服药依从性和护理对策及效果。方法：本次临床研究选择本院2010年1月-2012年1月收治的300例老年高血压患者为观察对象，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者不接受护理干预，实验组患者接受护理干预，对比两组患者的服药依从性和护理效果。结果：实验组患者血压控制效果和服药依从性均显著优于对照组，两组患者临床护理效果对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：由本次临床研究结果可知，老年高血压患者在常规降压治疗的基础上，接受系统的护理干预，有助于患者血压水平的控制以及服药依从性的提高。%Objective:To investigate the compliance in elderly hypertensive patients and nursing measures and effect. Method:The clinical study of 300 cases of elderly hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 between January as observation objects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,patients in the control group did not accepted the nursing intervention,patients in the experimental group received nursing intervention,compliance and nursing effects were compared between two groups. Result:The patients in the experimental group,blood pressure control and medication compliance were significantly better than the control group,there was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion:From the clinical study results,elderly hypertensive patients in the conventional antihypertensive therapy,received systematic nursing intervention,it is contribute to the blood pressure levels in patients with control and compliance increase.
