生物监测对植入物灭菌效果的研究

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid biological monitoring techniques in implant sterilization effect monitoring. Method:Randomly selected from our hospital in December 2011-December 2012 of 300 the implantable surgical instruments and implants,for fast biological monitoring.Observed the fluorescence reaction of biological indicators to determine the sterilization effect.The 300 high-pressure effect at the same time for 48 hours of traditional culture,comparated effectiveness difference.Result:The 300 rapid bioassay results showed that all qualified,no clinically not complete sterilization of surgical instruments or implants cause infections.300 rapid bioassay results with the traditional 48-hour culture test results were consistent with the two sets of data,which was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rapid biological monitoring techniques in the detection of the effect of implant sterilization effect is reliable,fast and efficient,which is the ideal biological detection technology,a strong guarantee for the safe use of surgical instruments and implants to improve,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的:探讨快速生物监测技术在植入物灭菌效果监测中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取本院2011年12月-2012年12月的300次植入性手术器械以及植入物,进行快速生物监测。观察生物指示剂的荧光反应,确定灭菌效果。同时对该300次高压效果进行48 h传统培养,比较两种检测效果差异。结果:本组300次快速生物检测结果显示,全部合格,临床也未见有关由于手术器械或植入物灭菌不彻底而导致感染的病例。300次快速生物检测结果与传统48 h培养检测结果相一致,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:快速生物监测技术在植入物灭菌效果的检测中效果可靠,快速高效,是目前比较理想的生物检测技术,为手术器械以及植入物的安全使用、及时供给、手术正常进行提供有力保障,值得临床推广应用。
