复方丹参片联合舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effect of compound danshen tablet combined with Shuxuening injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method:The clinical data of 88 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital were taken for retrospective analysis.According to treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with compound danshen tablet combined with Shuxuening injection treatment,and the control group were only treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza.The clinical efficacy and changes of blood index before and after treatment in patients of the two groups were taken for comparison.Result:The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 94%after treatment,significantly higher than the control group of 78%(P<0.05).The TG,TC,LDL-C showed no significant difference in two groups before and after treatment.The TG of the treatment group after treatment was(1.67±0.31)mmol/L,TC(4.46 ±0.52)mmol/L,and LDL-C(2.72± 0.53)mmol/L were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound danshen tablet combined with Shuxuening injection in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can significantly improve the blood viscosity, and the clinical effect is curative.%　　目的：研究复方丹参片联合舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院收治的88例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各50例，其中治疗组给予复方丹参片联合舒血宁注射液治疗，对照组单独给予复方丹参片治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和治疗前后的血液指数变化。结果：治疗组治疗后的总有效率为94.00%，显著高于对照组的78.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前两组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C比较差异均无统计学意义，治疗组治疗后TG（1.67±0.31）mmol/L、TC（4.46±0.52）mmol/L、LDL-C（2.72±0.53）mmol/L，均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用复方丹参片与舒血宁注射液联合治疗冠心病心绞痛能显著改善血液黏稠度，临床疗效显著。
