三苯氧胺联合中成药治疗乳腺增生疗效的Meta分析

摘要

目的：评价三苯氧胺联合中成药治疗乳腺增生的有效性。方法：应用 RevMan4.2软件对三苯氧胺联合中成药治疗乳腺增生的10项对照研究进行同质性检验和合并效应量的估计。结果：联合用药与三苯氧胺比较，差异有统计学意义（字2=19.76，P=0.02）；联合用药与中成药比较，差异有统计学意义（字2=19.89，P=0.02）。结论：三苯氧胺联合中成药治疗乳腺增生的效果优于三苯氧胺或中成药单独用药。%Objective:To evaluate the effect of tamoxifen joined with Chinese traditional patent medicine on breast hyperplasia. Method:Meta-analysis was performed on the evaluation of 10 randomized controlled trails of the effect of tamoxifen joined with Chinese traditional patent medicine on breast hyperplasia. Result:The combined treatment compared with tamoxifen,there was significant difference(X2=19.76,P=0.02);The combine treatment compared with Chinese patent drug,there was significant difference( X2=19.89,P=0.02). Conclusion:The effect of tamoxifen joined with Chinese traditional patent medicine on breast hyperplasia has an advantage than using tamoxifen or Chinese traditional patent single.
