不同年龄段及不同职业感染丙型肝炎的情况研究

摘要

Objective:To further analyze the age and occupational characteristics of the population with the infection of hepatitis C virus,which provide targeted guidance for the prevention infection of hepatitis C virus.Method:2882 cases from different occupational groups were chosen as the subjects.The age characteristics for crowd hepatitis C virus infection and occupational characteristics for the population were taken for comparative analysis. Result:In the 2882 cases of people which investigated,the sense of the hepatitis C virus test positive results was in 65 cases,the overall infection rate was 2.26%,lower than the domestic similar level of reported data.The infection rates of different ages surveyed the crowd of hepatitis C were different, hepatitis C virus infection rate was mainly in 20 to 30 year old(4.02%).The infection rates of the different occupations investigation crowd of hepatitis C virus had differences,and the student population prevalence was the highest(3.17%).Conclusion:The hepatitis C virus infection has the characteristics of age and occupational characteristics,and we should connect these characteristics in the process of clinical practice,take targeted preventive measures and methods.%　　目的：为了进一步分析本地区人群丙型肝炎病毒感染情况的年龄与职业特点，从而为丙型肝炎病毒感染预防提供有针对性的指导。方法：本文选取了2882名不同职业人群为研究对象，针对人群丙型肝炎病毒感染的年龄特点和职业特点进行了比较分析。结果：被调查的2882例人群中，丙型肝炎病毒感检测结果称阳性的有65例，总体的感染率为2.26%，低于国内同类报道数据水平；不同年龄段被调查人群的丙型肝炎病毒感染率存在差异，以20~30岁人群的丙型肝炎病毒感染率为最高（4.02%）；不同职业被调查人群的丙型肝炎病毒感染率存在差异，以学生人群的感染率为最高（3.17%）。结论：丙型肝炎病毒感染存在年龄和职业特点，医务工作者在临床实践的过程中应结合这些特点，采用有针对性的预防措施和方法。
