正颌外科手术并发症观察与护理

摘要

目的：探讨正颌外科手术并发症的护理。方法：选取笔者所在医院进行正颌外科手术的35例患者，针对实施正颌手术患者出现的并发症进行有针对性的护理。结果：35例患者手术后，其中1例出现活动性出血并发症，呼吸道梗阻1例，下牙槽神经感觉障碍4例，但经过相应的和资料和护理，患者均恢复良好。结论：正颌术后容易出现呼吸道梗阻、出血、下牙槽神经感觉障碍等并发症，手术前后对患者进行精心护理，能够减少术后并发症的出现，促进患者迅速康复。%　　Objective:To explore the nursing orthognathic surgical operation complications.Method:To select 35 patients in our hospital for orthognathic surgery operation,for the implementation of positive patients and operation complications were targeted nursing.Result:35 patients after operation,including 1 cases of active bleeding complications,1 cases of respiratory tract obstruction,4 cases of inferior alveolar nerve sensory disorder, but after the corresponding and data and nursing,all patients recovered well.Conclusion:Postoperative complications and prone to respiratory tract obstruction,hemorrhage,inferior alveolar nerve sensory disorder of patients before and after operation,careful nursing,can reduce complications, promote the patient a speedy recovery.
