茵栀退黄汤联合蓝光疗法在新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨茵栀退黄汤联合蓝光照射在新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床疗效。方法：笔者所在医院2011-2012年共收治新生黄疸患儿79例，所有患儿被随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予蓝光照射+药物治疗，观察组在此基础上加服自拟茵栀退黄汤，观察两组黄疸消退时间、血清胆红素水平及临床疗效。结果：观察组的退黄时间为（5.3±1.2）d，TBIL血清含量为（18.6±2.2）μmol/L，总有效率为95.6%，对照组的退黄时间为（9.8±1.5）d，TBIL血清含量为（26.1±1.7）μmol/L，总有效率为67.7%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：茵栀退黄汤联合蓝光照射能显著提高新生儿黄疸的临床疗效，具有重要的临床应用价值。%Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yinzhi Tuihuang soup in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Method:79 cases of jaundice neonates were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital,the control group was given blue light irradiation and drug treatment,the observation group was given Yinzhi Tuihuang soup on the basis of the control group,the jaundice disappearance time,serum bilirubin levels and clinical efficacy were observed.Result:The jaundice disappears time of the observation group was(5.3±1.2)d,the clinical total effective rate was 95.6%,the jaundice disappears time of the observation group was(9.8±1.5)d,the clinical total effective rate was 67.7%,the difference between the two groups was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhi Tuihuang soup joint Blu-ray irradiation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,it has important clinical value.
