小组自我暴露训练在康复期精神分裂症患者中应用的对照研究

摘要

Objective:To explore role of the self-revelation therapy to the anxiety and depression of convalescent patients with schizophrenia. Method:100 convalescent patients with schizophrenia had been randomly divided into experiment group and control group for 50 respectively. The experiment group was treated with self-revelation therapy and the regular nursing process,while the control group only received the regular nursing process. SAS and SDS were used to assess the anxiety and depression of two groups. Result:The anxiety and depression degree of the experiment group are lower than those of the control group. Conclusion:Self-revelation therapy can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of convalescent patients with schizophrenia.%　　目的：探讨小组自我暴露训练对康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的作用。方法：将100例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分成研究组和对照组，各50例，研究组在常规护理的同时给予自我暴露训练，对照组使用常规护理，训练结束后用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者进行评估，比较两组患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的差异。结果：研究组焦虑和抑郁情绪评估均低于对照组。结论：小组自我暴露训练能够有效的缓解精神分裂症康复期患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪。
