大庆地区146例传染病患者心理状况调查分析及措施

摘要

目的：了解大庆地区传染病患者心理状况，为采取针对性护理干预措施提供依据.方法：采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对大庆地区146例传染病患者的心理状况进行调查，并与国内常模比较.结果：传染病患者焦虑、抑郁得分均高于国内常模(P<0.01).结论：大庆地区传染病患者心理状况较国内常模差，应采取相关干预措施，提高传染病患者的心理健康水平.%Objective:To investigate the Daqing area patients with infectious diseases psychological conditions,and to provide the basis to take specific care interventions. Method:146 cases patients with infectious diseases in Daqing area were surveyied by Anxiety Rating Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and were compared with the national norm.Result:The anxiety,depression scores of Infectious disease patient in Daqing area were higher than the national norm(P<0.01). Conclusion:patients with infectious diseases psychological conditions compared to the national norm,should be taken to the relevant interventions to improve the mental health of patients with infectious diseases,and to promote the all-round development of the quality of care of infectious diseases.
