大剂量糖皮质激素早期治疗重度戊型黄疸型肝炎的疗效分析

Objective:The purpose of investigate the high-dose glucocorticoids early treatment of heavy-duty E-type hepatitis clinical efficacy. Method:Review analysis of 64 cases of severe hepatitis E hepatitis,the clinical data. Result:Most of the heavy degree of hepatitis E hepatitis early after treatment by large doses of glucocorticoid hormones jaundice subsided quicklyliver work and quick recovery,shorten the duration of spending to reduce Conclusion:The high-dose glucocorticoids in early treatment of severe jaundice,hepatitis E,a significant effect.%　　目的：探讨大剂量糖皮质激素早期治疗重型戊型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析64例重度戊型肝炎的临床资料。结果：大多数重度戊型肝炎早期经大剂量糖皮质激素治疗后黄疸消退快，肝功能恢复快，病程缩短，花费减少。结论：大剂量糖皮质激素在早期治疗重度黄疸型戊型肝炎方面疗效显著。
