曲美他嗪改善酒精性心肌病患者心功能的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the basis of conventional therapy addition of trimetazidine for the improvement of heart function in alcoholic cardiomyopathy and safety of the treatment group. Method:The control group was given enalapril,furosemide,torasemide,digoxin,and metoprolol drug treatment for 30 days according to the disease. In addition to the use of the medication,the treatment group received plus trimetazidine 20 mg,tid,for a total of 30 days. Result:6 min walk test and the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cardiac dysfunction treatment in alcoholic cardiomyopathy,trimetazidine is a safe and effective auxiliary drug.%　　目的：观察在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪对酒精性心肌病心功能改善的影响和安全性.方法：对照组根据病情给予依那普利、呋塞米、托拉塞米、地高辛及美托洛尔药物治疗30 d；治疗组除使用上述药物治疗外,还加上曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,共30 d.结果：治疗组6 min的步行实验和左室射血分数的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论：曲美他嗪是治疗酒精性心肌病心功能不全安全有效的辅助药物.
