纠正功能性植物神经紊乱对改善精神分裂症患者效果研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨音乐治疗纠正功能性植物神经紊乱对改善精神分裂症患者精神症状的效果。方法:选取180例功能性植物神经异常的精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分干预组(运用音乐疗法和抗精神病药物治疗)和对照组(单用抗精神病药物治疗),每组各90例,治疗18个月,观察两组的自主神经症状量表(SCOPA-AUT量表)评分变化、卧立试验测定阳性率变化及PANSS量表评分变化。结果:SCOPA-AUT量表:干预组治疗前后分别为(39.60±11.00)分、(34.90±9.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.034,P<0.05);对照组治疗前后分别为(38.70±9.62)分、(36.60±10.40)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.426,P>0.05)。PANSS量表:干预组治疗前后分别为(52.70±17.08)分、(46.10±16.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.665,P<0.05);对照组治疗前后分别为(53.80±16.11)分、(49.30±15.76)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.895,P>0.05)。卧立试验测定阳性率:干预组治疗后降为63.5%,对照组降为91.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.870,P<0.05)。结论:通过音乐疗法纠正精神分裂症患者的功能性植物神经紊乱,对改善神分裂症患者的精神症状有明显疗效。%Objective:To explore the clinical effects of correct functional plant nerve disorder for the patients with schizophrenia.Method:180 patients with functional schizophrenia were randomly divided into the treatment group(treated by musicotherapy and antipsychotics)and the control group(treated by antipsychotics),each group with 90 cases,all of them were treated with 18 months. The scores of SCOPA-AUT,lie stand test positive and the scores of PANSS were compared for the two groups.Result:The scores of SCOPA-AUT posttreatment of the treatment group was(39.60±11.00), prior treatment was(34.90±9.75),the difference was statistically significant(t=3.034,P<0.05);the scores of SCOPA-AUT posttreatment for the control group was(38.70±9.62),prior treatment was(36.60±10.40),the difference had no statistically significant(t=1.426,P>0.05). The scores of PANSS posttreatment for the treatment group was(52.70±17.08), prior treatment was(46.10±16.14),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.665,P<0.05);the scores of PANSS posttreatment for the control group was(53.80±16.11),(49.30±15.76),the difference had no statistically significant (t=1.895,P>0.05). The positive rate of lie stand test for the treatment group was 63.5%,the control group was 91.1%, the difference was statistically significant( χ2=9.8 70,P<0.05).Conclusion:It can improve the clinical effects by musicotherapy of correct functional plant nerve disorder for the patients with schizophrenia.
