奥瑞姆护理模式对子宫脱垂患者使用子宫托治疗效果的影响

摘要

To study the treatment effect of Orem nursing mode for patients with uterine prolapse using pessary.Method:108 patients with uterine prolapse who used pessary were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,and they were divided into the observation group(n=54)and the control group(n=54)by random sampling method. They were respectively used the Orem nursing mode and conventional nursing care. Implement different nursing modes before and after 3 months,the therapeutic effect of two groups was evaluated by rehabilitation system of function evaluation rating scale.Result:After the implementation of nursing,the observation group used pessary self-care ability was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the Orem nursing mode in patients with uterine prolapse can improve therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨奥瑞姆护理模式对子宫脱垂患者使用子宫托治疗效果的影响。方法：选取2010年1月-2012年12月入住本院的使用子宫托治疗的子宫脱垂患者108例，随机抽样法将患者分为观察组54例及对照组54例，分别采用奥瑞姆护理模式及常规护理。实施不同护理模式前及实施3个月后，用康复治疗功能评价系统量表对两组患者进行评分，并行统计学处理。结果：实施护理后，观察组使用子宫托的自理能力优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：实施奥瑞姆护理模式能提高子宫脱垂患者的治疗效果。
