封闭式负压吸引技术治疗腹部创伤及感染创面的疗效研究及影响因素分析

摘要

目的：探讨封闭式负压吸引技术治疗腹部创伤及感染创面的临床效果，总结影响其作用的相关危险因素，以期提高临床治疗水平。方法：随机选取2011年1月-2013年4月150例腹部创伤及感染创面患者为研究对象，平均分成两组，对照组予以常规的换药和抗生素治疗，观察组则予以封闭式负压吸引技术治疗和抗生素治疗，观察治疗后两组的临床效果和影响因素。结果：两组患者治疗后在末次生活质量评分、住院天数、日引流量、换药次数、VAS疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、感染控制率上比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。而糖尿病、创面情况、VSD负压值、清创情况为影响封闭式负压吸引技术治疗腹部创伤及感染创面临床效果的独立危险因素。结论：封闭式负压吸引技术治疗腹部创伤及感染创面预后满意。%To investigate the clinical results of closed suction treatment in wound infection and orthopedic trauma,and summarize affect risk factors associated with its role in order to improve the level of clinical treatment.Method:150 cases of orthopedic trauma and wound infection were randomly selected for the study from January 2011 to April 2013,and were divided into two groups,control group received conventional dressing and antibiotic treatment,the observation group received closed suction technical treatment and antibiotic treatment,after treatment, clinical effect and influencing factors of two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,quality of life scores in the last days of hospitalization,days drainage,dressing changes,VAS pain score,wound healing,infection control rates of two groups were significant differences(P<0.05).And diabetes,wounds,VSD negative value,debridement circumstances were independent risk factors affecting clinical effects.Conclusion:The prognosis of closed suction technique in treatment of orthopedic trauma and wound infection is satisfied.
