高要市部分地区中学生错畸形患病率及正畸治疗情况的调查研究

摘要

To understand the prevalence of malocclusion,type of malocclusion and treatment among students in middle school in part of Gaoyao district.Method:Based on individual normal occlusion and Angle’s classification of malocclusion,996 students in middle school were evaluated by orthodontic professionals.Result:The prevalence of malocclusion in middle school in part of Gaoyao district was 38.45%.The ratio of Angle’s ClassⅠmalocclusion was 78.59%,Angle’s class Ⅱwas 18.28%,Angle’s Class Ⅲwas 3.13%.The treatment rates for men and women was 15.0%and 15.8%respectively.Conclusion:The propagation of the knowledge of orthodontics should be enhanced.Early detection of malocclusion,early prevention and treatment.%目的：了解高要市部分地区中学生错畸形患病率、错类型及正畸治疗情况。方法：随机抽取高要市中学生996名进行临床检查，以安氏分类法进行分类，以个别正常为标准进行本项调查。结果：高要市中学生错畸形患病率为38.45%，其中，安氏Ⅰ类78.59%，安氏Ⅱ类18.28%，安氏Ⅲ类3.13%。男女治疗率分别为15.0%和15.8%。结论：应加强口腔正畸知识的宣传普及工作，及早发现错畸形，及早进行预防和治疗。
