Physical diagnosis was the first clinical related class for medical students. Developing interest in medical work and teaching well-knit knowledge were purposes of this course. Moreover,learning the skills of physical diagnosis was a critical part of the medical education,which will help for shortening the mature phase for medical students. The thinking logic of“exposure→location→technique→structure or function”was practicable and emphasized repeatedly in physical exam courses and had a better teaching effect.%《物理诊断学》是医学生接触临床的首门桥梁课程,其教学意义在于帮助学生建立临床专业兴趣,奠定扎实的物理诊断和体格检查基本功。而更为重要的是培养学生的临床思维能力,从而尽可能缩短医学生成熟期和医学知识传承时间。为提高物理诊断教学效率,笔者总结出“暴露→定位→手法→结构、功能”这一教学思维主线,将其贯穿于授课始终,反复强调及应用于每项体格检查中,实用性强并取得了较好的教学效果。
