硫酸镁联合低分子肝素对妊娠期高血压疾病产后降压治疗效果的比较

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect and adverse reaction of magnesium sulfate combined with low molecular heparin therapy in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Method:120 cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into three groups according to random number table method,respectively magnesium sulfate group,low molecular weight heparin group and combined treatment group,each group had 40 cases. The clinical therapeutic effect of the three groups were observed. Result:The antihypertensive effect in the treatment group was better than that of the magnesium sulfate group and the low molecular weight heparin group(P<0.05). The magnesium sulfate group and combined treatment group in the heartbeat before and after treatment had no clinical significance(P>0.05). And the low molecular weight heparin group was significantly slow heart rate(P<0.05). The adverse reactions in the magnesium sulfate group and the low molecular heparin group were much higher than that of the combined therapy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The combined application of magnesium sulfate and low molecular weight heparin hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and postpartum antihypertensive treatment to improve the clinical effect were better than the single application of collaborative,has obvious antihypertensive effect,and is not caused by the fluctuation of heart rate,less adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨硫酸镁与低分子肝素联合用药治疗妊娠期高血压降压疗效和不良反应。方法：将本院收治的120例妊娠高血压患者按随机数字表法平均分为三组，分别为硫酸镁组，低分子肝素组和联合治疗组，每组40例。观察三组临床治疗效果。结果：联合治疗组降压效果明显优于硫酸镁组、低分子肝素组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在心率方面，硫酸镁组与联合治疗组治疗前后比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；而低分子肝素组治疗后具有明显心率缓慢现象（P<0.05）；硫酸镁组和低分子肝素组的不良反应发生率均明显高于联合治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：硫酸镁与低分子肝素联合应用于妊娠期高血压疾病，在产后降压治疗及提高临床疗效等方面均优于单独应用，具有明显的协同降压作用，且不引起心率波动，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
