流产后不孕的相关因素分析

摘要

Objective:To study the related dangerous factors of affecting secondary infertility after artificial abortion.Method:The clinical data of 132 secondary infertility patients and 140 pregnant women who were given pre pregnancy check at the same time were analysed retrospectively.The factors related to secondary infertility were found out.Result:Through analysis,the primary dangerous factors were found,they were pelvic inflammatory disease(42.4%),fallopian tube disease(34.1%),menses disorder(25.8%),endometriosis(15.9%),mycoplasma infection in cervical secretions (12.9%).Conclusion:Artificial abortion may have some influence to secondary infertility if complication happened.For this reason,reduce the rate of artificial abortion and prevent infect are important measures of reducing secondary infertility.%目的：探讨人工流产后继发性不孕的相关危险因素。方法：对来本院就诊的132例继发不孕症患者和同期孕前检查的140例妇女的临床资料进行回顾性研究，了解继发不孕的相关影响因素。结果：继发性不孕的主要危险因素有急慢性盆腔炎（42.4%）、输卵管阻塞（34.1%）、月经不调（25.8%）、子宫内膜异位症（15.9%）、宫颈分泌物支原体感染（12.9%）。结论：人工流产次数增多及手术并发症会增加不孕症的风险，减少人流率、加强避孕指导是减少继发不孕的重要措施。
