神经外科优质护理服务中护士执行力培训的探讨

摘要

Objective:To put forward suggestions and countermeasures about nurse executive ability training in high quality nursing service of neurosurgery department. Method:Construction of high quality nursing in neurosurgery department in our hospital was regarded as the basis,the analysis on the important significance for the implementation and execution of training of nurse was carried,to summary execution problems,and put forward the training suggestions according to existing problems.Result:High quality nursing service of neurosurgery department needed to enhance the nurse executive ability,the need to focus on communication skills training,construction,construction,construction of the appraisal system construction of self learning. Conclusion:High quality nursing service needs higher execution of nurses. Nurses should strengthen the skill and ability,communication ability,learning ability construction,and improve the appraisal system in order to promote the nurse executive force.%目的：就神经外科优质护理服务中护士执行力培训提出有关的建议和对策。方法：以本院神经外科优质护理建设有关情况作为依据，在对执行力和执行力培训的重要意义进行分析后，总结护士执行力存在的问题，并根据存在的问题提出培训建议。结果：神经外科优质护理服务中要提升护士执行力，需要注重交际沟通建设、技能培训建设、自我学习建设、考核制度建设。结论：优质护理服务需要护士具有较高的执行力。护士要加强技能能力、交际能力、学习能力建设，同时完善有关的考核制度，以推动护士执行力。
