包醛氧淀粉联合肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效观察

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of coated dialdehyde starch combined with Shenshuaining in treatment of patients with chronic renal failure.Method:120 patients with chronic renal failure were selected in our hospital since May 2011,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group was treated with coated dialdehyde starch combined with Shenshuaining on the basis of the control group,30 days for a course of treatment,in after 3 course of treatment,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,creatinine clearance rate and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective of the treatment group had 55 cases,they were more than 30 cases of the control group,and 91.7%of the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in control group(50.0%);and after treatment,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group, creatinine clearance rate was significantly higher than that before treatment and the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Coated aldehyde oxystarch combined with Shenshuaining in treatment of chronic renal failure can significantly reduce the blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in patients with chronic renal failure,significantly slow the progression of chronic renal failure.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.%目的：探讨包醛氧与肾衰宁联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年5月以来本院共收治的120例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组各60例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用肾衰宁和包醛氧淀粉，30 d为一疗程，在治疗3个疗程后，比较两组患者的血尿素氮、肌酐及肌酐清除率和治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效55例，总有效率为91.7%，明显高于对照组的50.0%（30/60），而治疗组治疗后的血尿素氮以及肌酐均明显低于治疗前和对照组治疗后，且肌酐清除率明显高于治疗前和对照组治疗后，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：包醛氧淀粉联合肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能衰竭能够明显降低患者的血尿素氮以及肌酐，明显减缓慢性肾衰的发展，值得在临床上推广。
