152例妇女不孕不育症相关因素及病因分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze and discuss the etiology of infertility women and related factors.Method:The clinical data of 152 infertility women patients in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2013 were analyzed,for each pair of men and women,physiological and psychological were examined and investigated respectively,and the etiology of patients were analyzed.Result:The clinical data of patients were found,mostly ovulation disorder,immune factors and psychological factors.Conclusion:The etiology of infertility patients are complicated,responding patients and spouses of physiological and psychological examination of comprehensive,then the specific etiology,provide the basis for further treatment.%目的：对妇女不孕不育症的病因以及相关因素进行分析与探讨。方法：选取本院2012年1月-2013年3月的152例不孕不育症妇女患者的临床资料进行统计分析，对每对男女分别进行生理与心理的检查与调查，分析患者的病因。结果：对临床资料进行统计发现，患者的病因大多为排卵障碍、免疫因素以及心理因素等。结论：现代不孕不育患者的病因复杂多样，应对患者以及配偶进行全面的生理与心理检查，得出具体病因，为进一步的治疗提供依据。
