规范化健康教育对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响研究

Objective:To study and observe the influence of standardized health education on the breast feeding of puerpera with ceasarean section.Method:96 puerperas with ceasarean section in our hospital from December 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the time order,with each group 48 cases.The control group was given conventional health education of ceasarean section and the observation group was given standardized health education.The BSES scale scores and the recognition of breast feeding before health education and at different time after the health education,the postpartum lactation time and feeding success rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The BSES scale scores and the recognition of breast feeding at different time points after health education of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,the postpartum lactation rates within 48 hours and the feeding success rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of standardized health education on the breast feeding of delivery women with ceasarean section are more active and it also has active promoting effect on various aspects of breast feeding.%目的：研究及观察规范化健康教育对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法：选取2014年10月-2015年3月在本院进行剖宫产的96例产妇为研究对象，将其根据时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组48例，对照组接受常规剖宫产健康教育干预，观察组则以规范化健康教育进行干预，比较两组健康教育前后不同时间的BSES量表得分、母乳喂养认知度、产后泌乳时间、喂养成功率。结果：观察组健康教育后不同时间的BSES量表及母乳喂养认知度均优于对照组，产后48 h内泌乳率及喂养成功率均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：规范化健康教育对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响更为积极，对于母乳喂养的各方面具有积极的促进作用。
