卵巢恶性肿瘤患者自我效能感与应对方式的相关性

摘要

Objective:To learn the correlation of ovarian cancer patients' self-efficacy and coping styles. Method:158 ovarian cancer patients from a certain hospital of Shanxi were selected as research objects,the convenience sampling method were investigated by General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and Medical Coping Style Questionnaire (MCMQ),then the correlation between self-efficacy and coping styles were analyzed.Result:Ovarian cancer patients' self-efficacy was positively correlated with confrontation coping type(r=0.542,P<0.01), negatively correlated with avoidance coping style(r=-0.480,P<0.01).Conclusion:Ovarian cancer patients' self-efficacy is positively correlated with confrontation coping type and negatively correlated with avoidance coping style. Encourage and guide patients actively to select confrontation coping style to analyze and solve problems help improve patients' self-efficacy levels.%目的:了解卵巢恶性肿瘤癌患者自我效能感与应对方式的相关性.方法:应用便利抽样法,采用一般自我效能感量表和医学应对方式问卷,对山西省某三级甲等医院158例卵巢恶性肿瘤癌患者进行调查,分析自我效能感与应对方式的相关性.结果:卵巢恶性肿瘤患者自我效能感与面对应对呈正相关(r=0.542, P<0.01),与回避应对呈负相关(r=-0.480,P<0.01).结论:卵巢恶性肿瘤癌患者自我效能感水平与面对应对呈正相关,与回避应对呈负相关.鼓励引导患者积极选择面对应对方式分析处理问题,有助于改善患者自我效能感水平.
