Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of percutaneous renal mirror in the treatment of renal calculi.Method:82 cases of renal calculi treated in hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,41 cases in each group. Traditional open surgery was performed on the control group, and the experimental group was treated by percutaneous renal mirror. The average operation time, bleeding volume, average hospitalization time, stone clearance, complication rate and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:In the control group,the average operation time was (2.12±0.84) h, the average bleeding volume was (563.24±49.35) mL, the average length of hospital stay was (20.12±3.47) d, 38 cases of stone removal (92.68%), 8 cases of complication(19.51%), and 32 cases of postoperative satisfaction (78.05%). In the control group,the average operation time was (1.02±0.13) h, average bleeding volume was(108.65±31.47) mL, average hospitalization time (8.95±2.14) d, stone removal in 40 cases (97.56%), complication in 1 case (2.44%), postoperative satisfaction in 39 cases (95.12%).The differences of above index were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous renal mirror can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient' satisfaction.%目的:观察经皮肾镜取石术对肾结石的治疗效果.方法:选择2013年4月-2014年4月在本院救治的82例肾结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各41例.对照组采用传统开放式手术,试验组采用经皮肾镜取石术,对比分析两组患者平均手术时间、平均术中出血量、平均住院时间、结石清除情况、并发症发生率以及术后患者满意度.结果:对照组患者平均手术时间为(2.12±0.84)h,平均术中出血量(563.24±49.35)mL,平均住院时间(20.12±3.47)d,结石清除38例(92.68%),并发症发生8例(19.51%),术后患者满意32例(78.05%).试验组平均手术时间(1.02±0.13)h,平均术中出血量(108.65±31.47)mL,平均住院时间(8.95±2.14)d,结石清除40例(97.56%),并发症发生1例(2.44%),术后患者满意39例(95.12%).试验组平均手术时间和平均住院时间均明显短于对照组;试验组平均术中出血量明显少于对照组;并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:经皮肾镜取石术可以有效缩短患者住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,对肾结石治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用.
