农村家庭口腔健康干预调查

摘要

Objective:To measure the level of oral health and evaluate the effect of oral invention of rural households in Nanchang city,Jiangxi province. Method:Simple random sampling was taken. 729 residents from 200 rural households were assigned to fill in the questionnaires designed by the national health and family planning commission before and after carrying out oral invention. Result:Before carrying out the oral invention,the rate of caries, caries filling and using fluoride toothpaste was 1.68%,10.56% and 26.90%,separately. After carrying out the oral invention,oral health knowledge,attitudes,behavior and the rate of caries filling improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:We need not only to strengthen the propaganda and education about oral health in rural community,but also to carry on intervention to decrease the dangerous behavior of rural residents.%目的：了解农村家庭口腔健康状况，评估口腔健康干预效果。方法：采用简单随机抽样的方法，用国家卫计委制定的量表分别在口腔干预前后对200户共计729人进行口腔健康调查。结果：干预前，龋齿填充率、早晚刷牙率、家长经常帮助儿童刷牙率分别1.68%、10.56%和26.90%；干预后，龋齿填充率显著性提高，口腔健康知、信、行显著性改善，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在农村社区开展口腔健康教育，有利提高农村居民口腔健康知、信和行，改善农村居民口腔健康。
