护理质量评价对提高产科护理质量的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨护理质量评价对提高产科护理质量的效果。方法：选取2011年6月-2014年3月期间本院接诊的产妇152例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为评价组和传统组，传统组给予传统护理管理模式干预，评价组给予护理质量评价模式干预。比较两种干预措施的效果。结果：评价组产程观察准确率及产妇满意率均明显高于传统组，护患沟通时间长于传统组，母乳喂养早吸吮开始时间短于传统组，会阴切口感染率及新生儿红臀发生率明显低于传统组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：护理质量评价可有效提高产科护理质量和产妇满意程度，使产妇获得更为安全、规范、满意的优质服务。%Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing quality evaluation in improving the quality of obstetric nursing. Method:152 puerperas in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the evaluation group and the traditional group.The traditional group was given the intervention of traditional nursing management mode,the evaluation group was given the intervention of nursing quality evaluation mode.The effects of the two intervening measures were compared.Result:In the evaluation group,the accuracy of birth procedure observation and the satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the traditional group,the communication time was significantly longer than that of the traditional group,the start time of breastfeeding time was significantly shorter than that of the traditional group,the rate of perineum incision infection and the incidence of neonatal red buttock were significantly lower than those in the traditional group,the differences in the indexes above were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing quality evaluation can effectively improve the quality of obstetric care and the puerperas’ satisfaction,it can make the puerperas get a more safe,normative and satisfying quality service.
