电针结合麦粒灸治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床疗效观察

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone in the treatment of lumbago of cold-dampness pattern.Method:189 outpatient and hospitalized patients with lumbago of cold-dampness pattern admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to October 2014 were selected as research objects,in accordance with the order of admission,they were randomly divided into the treatment group for 102 cases and the control group for 87 cases.The treatment group was given electroacupuncture combined moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone,the control group was only given electroacupuncture for treatment,acupuncture points were the same as the treatment group.The clinical treatment effect,the changes of low back pain symptoms and signs scores and cold dampness syndrome integral before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.04%,which was significantly higher than 75.86% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.4571, P=0.0262).The low back pain symptoms and signs scores and cold dampness syndrome integral of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.1571, P=0.0356;t=4.8914,P=0.0314).Conclusion:The clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone in the treatment of lumbago of cold-dampness pattern is significant,is worth to be widely applied in clinical.%目的:探讨电针结合麦粒灸治疗寒湿型腰痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取本科2012年12月-2014年10月收治的符合寒湿型腰痛标准的门诊及住院患者189例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机将其分为治疗组102例和对照组87例,治疗组采用电针技术结合麦粒灸治疗,对照组仅采用电针技术治疗,穴位同治疗组。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后患者腰痛症状体征评分及寒湿证候积分变化情况。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者的治疗总有效率98.04%显著高于对照组的75.86%,差异有统计学意义(字2=8.4571,P=0.0262)。治疗组患者治疗后的腰痛症状体征评分及寒湿证候积分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.1571,P=0.0356;t=4.8914,P=0.0314)。结论:电针结合麦粒灸治疗寒湿型腰痛疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。
