联合检测人胎盘生乳素、CA125在早期稽留流产中的诊断价值

摘要

Objective: To test the expression of Human placental lactogen (HPL) and CA125 in early missed abortion, and discuss its rationality, accuracy and feasibility of early diagnosis of missed abortion.Method: 41 patients who clear diagnosis of early missed abortion were selected as experimental group, and 40 patients with normal pregnancy at the same period were selected as control group. Human placental lactogen (HPL) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent, CA125 was detected by automated chemiluminescent immunoassay Analyzer.Result: (1) HPL and CA125: the detection value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). (2)After the relevant inspection, the human placental lactogen (HPL) in the experimental group was positively correlated with CA125.Conclusion: In missed abortion, the expression of HPL and CA125 in missed abortion is less than that of the normal pregnancy. The expression of HPL is positively correlated to the CA125.%目的：通过检测人胎盘生乳素（HPL）、CA125在早期稽留流产中的表达，探讨其对早期稽留流产的诊断的合理性、准确性及可行性。方法：明确诊断为早期稽留流产的患者41例为实验组，同时选择同期正常妊娠患者40例为对照组。应用酶联免疫法检测人胎盘生乳素（HPL），CA125用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测。结果：（1）实验组HPL、CA125检测值低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）实验组HPL与CA125成正相关。结论：稽留流产中，HPL、CA125稽留流产中的表达低于正常妊娠，HPL与CA125成正相关。
