经伤椎单节段与跨伤椎短节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效对比

摘要

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy analysis of thoracolumbar fractures were treated by vertebral single segment and across the injured vertebra short segment fixation treatment.Method: 70 thoracolumbar fracture patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (treated by vertebral single segment fixation treatment) and control group (with short segment fixation across the injured vertebra), and were observed and compared between the two groups before and after operation of operation treatment satisfaction, sagittal Cobb angle, injury vertebral fronTheight changes, postoperative follow-up corrective and follow-up of loss.Result: The postoperative follow-up found that patients of the two groups after the sagittal Cobb angle decreased, and the vertebral fronTheight increases, but the patients in the observation group were improved significantly than that of the control group (P<0.05). Two groups with sagittal Cobb angle, vertebral height of anterior surgical correction was not significantly different. The observation group patients were followed up for sagittal Cobb angle, vertebral fronTheight loss degree were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The vertebral single segment fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures of the clinical efficacy is significant, which can effectively restore the sagittal Cobb angle, vertebral height, also can reduce postoperative loss of correction, worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.%目的：对比分析胸腰椎骨折患者应用经伤椎单节段以及跨伤椎短节段固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取本院收治的70例胸腰椎骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组（采用经伤椎单节段固定治疗）和对照组（采用跨伤椎短节段固定治疗），对比观察两组患者对手术治疗满意度、手术前后矢状面Cobb角、伤椎椎体前缘高度变化情况、术后随访矫正情况以及随访丢失情况。结果：经术后随访发现，两组患者术后矢状面Cobb角均有所减少，而伤椎椎体前缘高度均有所增加，但观察组患者改善幅度明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者矢状面Cobb角、伤椎椎体前缘高度手术矫正情况比较，差异无统计学意义。观察组患者随访矢状面Cobb角、伤椎椎体前缘高度的丢失程度均明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：经伤椎单节段固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的临床来疗效显著，可有效恢复矢状面Cobb角以及伤椎椎体高度，也可减少术后矫正丢失，值得在临床上进一步推广、应用。
