活血通络法用于慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变治疗观察

摘要

目的：探讨中医活血通络法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的疗效。方法：选取2012年10月-2013年10月来本院治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各40例，观察组采用活血通络法，对照组采用胃复春治疗。治疗结束时，对比两组治疗疗效和治疗前后CEA、CA199、CA125水平。结果：（1）观察组显效22例（55.00%），总有效率87.50%，对照组显效14例（35.00%），总有效率65.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（2）观察组治疗前CEA、CA199、CA125分别为（34.1±4.5）μg/mL、（57.4±16.1）U/mL、（55.4±14.2）U/mL，对照组治疗前CEA、CA199、CA125分别为（34.3±4.6）μg/mL、（58.1±8.5）U/mL、（55.6±13.4）U/mL，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组治疗后CEA、CA199、CA125分别为（5.9±1.3）μg/mL、（22.1±7.8）U/mL、（15.4±4.5）U/mL，对照组治疗后CEA、CA199、CA125分别为（12.5±2.6）μg/mL、（36.5±6.5）U/mL、（19.6±6.2）U/mL，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用活血通络法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变疗效比较确切，明显降低患者CEA、CA199、CA125水平，对防止或部分逆转癌前病变防治癌变有积极的作用。%Objective:To explore the efficacy of Huoxuetongluo method in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions.Method:80 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were selected from our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, observation group were treated with Huoxuetongluo treatment, the control group were treated with Weifuchun, after treatment, therapy efficacy and CEA, CA199, CA125 levels before and after treatment were compared.Result:(1)In observation group,the number of cured patients were 22 cases(55.00%),the total efficiency was 87.50%;in control group, the number of cured patients were 14 cases(35.00%),the total efficiency was 87.50%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Before treatment,CEA,CA199,CA125 value of observation group were respectively(34.1±4.5)μg/mL,(57.4±16.1)U/mL,(55.4±14.2)U/mL;CEA,CA199,CA125 value of contorl group were respectively(34.3±4.6)μg/mL,(58.1±8.5)U/mL,(55.6±13.4)U/mL,the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,CEA,CA199, CA125 value of observation group were respectively(5.9±1.3)μg/mL,(22.1±7.8)U/mL,(15.4±4.5)U/mL;CEA,CA199,CA125 value of contorl group were respectively(12.5±2.6)μg/mL,(36.5±6.5)U/mL,(19.6±6.2)U/mL,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxuetongluo method has a good effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions, can significantly reduce CEA, CA199, CA125 levels,has a positive effect on the prevention of precancerous lesions or partially reversed.
