护理干预在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用探讨

摘要

Objective:To investigate the influence of clinical nursing intervention on clinical curative effects in the patients with chronic gastritis.Method:70 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from Jan 2010 to June 2014 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Two groups were all based on the holistic nursing.The control group took the conventional nursing methods.The observation group adopted the clinical nursing intervention and performed nursing care by conducting the planned,targeted and individualized nursing scheme. Treatment effect and incidence rate of complications were observed and recorded in the two groups.Result:After a period of nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the degree of patient satisfaction after nursing intervention was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 85.7% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention can obviously improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the effect of clinical treatment and nursing service satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探讨护理干预在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年1月-2014年6月本院收治的70例慢性胃炎患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予对症支持治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用整体护理干预，分析两组的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果：对照组总有效率80%，观察组为97.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组护理后满意度为85.7%，观察组为97.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：护理干预可明显改善护患关系，提高临床治疗效果及护理服务满意度，值得临床推广应用。
