排痰拍在老年慢性支气管炎护理中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨在对老年慢性支气管炎患者实施护理过程中使用排痰拍的应用效果。方法：选择本院2010年1月-2012年1月期间追踪护理的100例老年慢性支气管炎患者，将患者随机分成两组，研究组和传统组，每组各50例。其中研究组患者利用排痰拍进行排痰护理，而传统组患者则是由亲属采用传统手拍排痰，对照两组本院患者SaO2，比较两组患者排痰成功例数。结果：经过对比，两组患者的SaO2经过拍背均得到提升，且研究组效果更好，另外，研究组排痰成功率较高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：老年慢性支气管炎在本院接受护理的过程中，排痰是护理工作的重要组成部分，但是护理中亲属往往不能较好掌握排痰技巧，使用排痰拍进行排痰，不仅方便快捷，易于掌握，而且护理效果较好，建议推广。%Objective:To study the application effect of expectoration bat in nursing process of senile chronic bronchitis.Method:100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated and followed in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were collected, and randomly divided into two groups,the study group and the control group,50 cases in each group. Patients of study group were cared with expectoration bat, while the control group patients were received traditional hand patting-on-back by patients relatives. The successful expectoration cases of two groups about SaO2 were compared.Result:Compared the SaO2 levels, both groups elevated by patting-on-back, while the study group achieved better performance. In addition, the rate of successful expectoration were relatively higher in the study group. Compared the SaO2 levels of two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: During nursing process of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital, expectoration is a significant part of the nursing work. But relatives who offer the nursing work usually cannot master the expectoration skills. Expectoration bat is convenient, efficient, and of lower skill requirements, and offers better nursing effect,should be widely used.
