Objective:To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spinal stenosis, cervical stenosis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a theoretical basis.Method:The clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spine canal stenosis was summarized in the past 10 years.Result:For cervical spinal stenosis,the clinical situation should be different for the specific surgical strategies to achieve the best therapeutic effect.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of cervical spinal stenosis are complex and the operation risk is high. Therefore,clinicians should pay more attention to it.%目的：总结颈椎椎管狭窄症的临床诊疗概况，为颈椎椎管狭窄症的临床诊疗提供理论依据。方法：通过检索近10年国内外关于颈椎椎管狭窄症的临床诊疗报道情况，归纳出一整套针对颈椎椎管狭窄症的临床诊疗规范。结果：针对颈椎椎管狭窄症，临床上应针对患者的具体情况采取不同的手术策略，达到最佳治疗效果。结论：颈椎椎管狭窄症临床症状复杂，手术风险较大，应引起临床医师的重视。
