临床护理路径在食管癌术后患者呼吸功能锻炼中的应用效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in respiratory function exercise after esophageal cancer operation.Method:A total of 64 esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group,32 cases in each group.Blood oxygen saturation,respiratory rate,heart rate,pulmonary function and quality of life scores of two groups before and after nursing care,and the incidence rate of complications of two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:Before nursing,blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate,heart rate,forced expiratory volume in the first second,maximal voluntary ventilation,vital capacity,quality of life score of two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing intervention,indexes of two groups were changed,and the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications of the study group(21.88%) was higher than that of the control group(46.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway for patients with esophageal cancer can effectively improve the respiratory function,maintain the heart rate and so on at a stable level,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life.%目的：探讨临床护理路径在食管癌术后患者呼吸功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法：抽取2013年10月-2015年12月本院收治的64例食管癌患者，根据入院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组，各32例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上实施临床护理路径。对比护理前后两组血氧饱和度、呼吸频率、心率、肺功能相关指标、生活质量评分变化情况，并统计两组并发症发生情况。结果：护理前，两组血氧饱和度、呼吸频率、心率水平、第一秒用力呼气量、最大自主通气量、肺活量、生活质量各指标评分对比，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经护理干预，两组各指标均有所改变，且研究组明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率（21.88%）高于对照组（46.88%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对食管癌患者实施临床护理路径，可有效改善患者呼吸功能，维持心率等处于稳定水平，降低并发症发生率，提高其生活质量。
