丁苯酞胶囊联合氟西汀对卒中后抑郁患者的疗效及神经功能缺损的影响

摘要

目的：探讨丁苯酞胶囊联合氟西汀对卒中后抑郁（PSD）患者抑郁和神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法：将最后确定的80例PSD患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。两组患者都给予氟西汀治疗，观察组在此基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗，治疗8周后分别用美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表（NIHSS）、临床神经功能缺损量表（CSS）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评价两组患者的疗效。结果：两组患者治疗前后NIHSS、CSS、HAMD评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01），且观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：丁苯酞软胶囊联合氟西汀治疗PSD后抑郁症状和神经功能的康复疗效更加显著，有协同治疗效果。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of Butylphthalide capsule and Fluoxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD).Method:Eighty PSD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Both the groups were given Fluoxetine,the observation group was given additional Butylphthalide capsule.After treatment 8 weeks,the clinical effects of two groups were measured by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) .Result:Compared before and after treatment,the clinical effects of the NIHSS, CSS and HAMD in two groups,there were significantly difference(P<0.01),and the observation group of those were better than control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Butylphthalide capsule combined with Fluoxetine shows better clinical efficacy in the treatment of depressive symptoms and neurological function.
