零缺陷护理模式用于心脏支架植入术的效果观察及随访评价

摘要

目的：探讨零缺陷护理模式用于心脏支架植入术的临床效果。方法：对照分析本院124例患者在不同护理方式下的临床效果和随访评价情况，为心脏支架植入术的护理提供临床参考。结果：观察组患者护理满意度为100%，对照组为77.41%，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；在自我护理能力方面，观察组患者健康知识水平、自我护理技能、自我责任感方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）；在心血管危险因素控制和健康行为方面，观察组饮食控制、戒烟戒酒、血脂值达标等方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）；在并发症方面，观察组并发症发生率为8.06%，对照组为30.64%，观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；在1个月内再入院率方面，观察组4例患者1个月内再次入院，其中1例再次行手术治疗，再入院率为6.45%。对照组5例患者1个月内再次入院，其中1例患者再行手术治疗，再入院率为8.06%。两组1个月内再入院率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：零缺陷护理模式能有效保证治疗效果，提高患者的健康知识、自我护理能力和自我责任意识，在随访方面，患者能有效地进行相应检查及自我护理，减少再发率，应在临床中大力推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of zero-defect model of care for cardiac stent implantation.Method:In our hospital 124 cases of patient care in different ways and follow-up evaluation of clinical results,providing reference for clinical cardiac stenting care.Result:Care satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,the control group was 77.41%,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Health knowledge,skills,self-care,self-responsibility of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the control of cardiovascular risk factors and health behaviors were observed in patients, control diet,tobacco and alcohol,blood lipids system standards of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 8.06%,the control group was 30.64%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).In a month readmission rate,the observation group were readmitted within a month 4 patients,one patient underwent surgery again,readmission rate was 6.45%.5 patients in the control group of patients admitted to hospital a month again,1 patient underwent surgery again,readmission rate was 8.06%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zero-defect model of care can effectively ensure treatment to improve the patient’s health knowledge,self-care and self-responsibility, should be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
