补中益气丸联合自拟中药方灌肠治疗痰湿瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎临床应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨补中益气丸联合自拟中药方灌肠治疗痰湿瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎的临床应用价值。方法：选取2014年12月-2015年12月本院收治的痰湿瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组给予洗悦清洗液联合妇科千金片治疗，观察组给予补中益气丸联合自拟中药方灌肠治疗。两组的均以14 d为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，治疗后对两组进行为期6个月的随访观察，比较两组的临床疗效、主要症状缓解时间、住院时间、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的81.67%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组主要症状（小腹疼痛、带下量多、舌质红、舌苔发黄）缓解时间均明显短于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组住院时间为（7.0±2.5）d，短于对照组的（15.2±5.7）d，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组临床复发率为11.67%，明显低于对照组的45.00%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗期间，两组患者均未发生明显不良反应，均顺利完成治疗。结论：应用补中益气丸联合自拟中药方灌肠治疗痰湿瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎可产生协同作用而增强疗效，能有效减轻临床症状，降低复发率，无明显不良反应，治疗过程中具有较高的安全性，应用价值高。%Objective:To explore the clinical application value of Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment of phlegm and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:From December 2014 to December 2015,120 cases of phlegm and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,each group had 60 cases.The control group were given Xiyue wash cleaning liquid combined with gynecologic Qianjin treatment,the observation group were given Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine enema.Two groups were treated with 14 d for 1 course,continuous treated 2 courses,two groups were followed up 6 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy,main symptom relief time,hospital stay,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared of two groups.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The main symptoms(abdominal pain,leucorrhea,red tongue,yellow tongue) remission time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was(7.0±2.5) d,lower than (15.2±5.7) d of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical recurrence rate of observation group was 11.67%,which was significantly lower than 45.00% of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no significant adverse reactions occurred in two groups and the treatment was successfully completed.Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment of phlegm and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can produce synergistic effect and enhance the curative effect,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrance rate and no significant adverse reactions,the treatment process has high safety and value of application.
