糖尿病合并周围神经病变中药的治疗进展

摘要

糖尿病是目前除了心脑血管疾病、肿瘤之后另一个危害人民的重要慢性非传染性疾病，糖尿病并发症对人类的危害更大，因为其慢性并发症可累及全身各个重要器官，其中糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetie peripheral neuropathy，DPN）是糖尿病神经病变中最常见的慢性并发症，据统计其发生率高达60%~90%，也是导致糖尿病肢端坏疽的重要原因，临床治疗尚缺乏特效治疗药物，治疗方法主要以改善微循环，营养神经等，中医中药治疗DPN历史悠久，具有多靶点、多层面、多途径等优势，尤其是通过改变给药方式及多种治疗方式的联合使用，在改善DPN症状上取得了较大的成就。%Diabetes is now in addition to the disease of heart head blood-vessel,cancer after another harm people's important chronic noncommunicable diseases.Greater harm to human beings from the complications of diabetes,because its chronic complications can drag in whole body all vital organs.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (diabetie peripheral neuropathy,DPN) is one of the most common chronic complications in diabetes neuropathy, according to statistics,the incidence of up to 60%-90%,also is the main reason that leads to diabetes acromegaly necrosis.Clinical treatment and there is no special treatment, treatment is mainly to improve the microcirculation, nutrient nerve,etc.,has a long history of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DPN,with multiple targets, multiple level,the advantages of the many ways,especially by changing the dosing method and combined use of a variety of treatments,major achievements have been made on the improvement of DPN symptoms.
