Objective:To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on postoperative pain in elderly lumbar fracture effect.Method:A total of 76 cases of elderly lumbar compression fracture for treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The postoperative pain,the pain of the first time,as well as the amount of the use of Rotundin were compared.Result:The painless rate of the observation group was 26.3%, higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time of the patients in the observation group after the first pain was (13.21±3.89)h,pain score was (2.02±0.83)score, were better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group Rotundin dosage for (21.32±7.75)mg postoperative day 1,Rotundin dosage for (10.21±2.32)mg postoperative day 2,were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Early nursing intervention for senile lumbar vertebral compression fracture patients,can alleviate the postoperative pain, reduce complications,promote the rehabilitation process of patients,is worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨早期护理干预应用于老年股骨骨折术后疼痛中的效果。方法：选取于2015年1月-2016年1月在本院接受治疗的老年腰椎压缩性骨折的患者共76例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例。对照组给予常规护理，在对照组基础上，给予观察组早期护理干预。观察术后疼痛度、最早出现疼痛的时间以及颅通定药物的用量。结果：观察组无痛率为26.3%，高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后最早出现疼痛的平均时间为（13.21±3.89）h，疼痛程度评分为（2.02±0.83）分，均优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后第1天颅通定药物用量为（21.32±7.75）mg，术后第2天颅通定药物用量为（10.21±2.32）mg，均低于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：早期护理干预应用于老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者中，能够缓解患者术后承受的疼痛，降低并发症的发生率，加快患者的康复进程，值得推广。
