目的：对预警标识在腹部手术患者腹腔引流管道中的应用进行研究与探讨。方法：选取本院2011年12月-2013年12月腹部手术患者118例，术后均行腹腔引流，采用随机数字表法将所有患者均分为两组，每组各59例，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施预警标识。比较两组患者的护理效果，并对两组结果进行统计学分析与比较。结果：观察组管道堵塞率0.9%、管道打折率2.3%、管道脱落率0.5%、更换时间延迟率1.8%、管道判断失误率1.4%均明显低于对照组4.6%、11.1%、3.2%、7.4%、5.5%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组管道识别准确率99.5%、健康知识知晓率94.9%、行为依从率96.6%、患者满意度98.3%均明显高于对照组93.5%、72.9%、78.0%、86.4%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：预警标识可显著降低腹部手术患者护理隐患及缺陷的发生风险，操作简单且安全有效，易为患者所接受，值得临床推广使用。%Objective:To study and discuss the application of early warning signs in abdominal drainage pipe of abdominal operation patients. Method:118 cases of abdominal operation in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected,and all patients received abdominal drainage after operation.They were divided into two groups by random digital table method,59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,observation group was given early warning signs.The nursing effects and results of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The pipeline plugging rate was 0.9%,pipeline discount rate was 2.3%, pipe loss rate was 0.5%,the replacement time delay rate was 1.8%and pipeline misjudgment rate was 1.4%in observation group which were significantly lower than those of control group 4.6%,11.1%,3.2%,7.4% and 5.5%,the differences were significant statistically significance(P<0.05).The pipe identification accuracy was 99.5%,health knowledge awareness rate was 94.9%,compliance rate was 96.6%,patient satisfaction was 98.3%in observation group which were significantly higher than that of control group 93.5%,72.9%,78.0%and 86.4%, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early warning signs can significantly reduce the risk of nursing care and defects in patients with abdominal operation,easy to operate,safe and effective,easy to be accepted by patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
