Objective:To evaluate the application effect of type-B ultrasonic joint X-ray in percutaneous nephroscope treatment of complicated kidney stones.Method: From January 2012 to December 2015,252 cases of complicated kidney stones who were treated by percutaneous nephroscope were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups,each group had 126 cases.The joint group was given type-B ultrasonic joint X-ray,while the control group without the use of X-ray,only with B ultrasound guided surgery.The index difference of two groups were compared.Result:Operation time,complication cases of the joint group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss,renal pelvis fistula indwelling time and hospital stays of the joint group and the control group had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The type-B ultrasonic joint X-ray in percutaneous nephroscope treatment of complicated kidney stones can reduces the risk of complications,shorten the operation time.%目的：评价B超联合X线在经皮肾镜治疗复杂肾结石的应用效果。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年12月本院泌尿外科拟经皮肾镜治疗的复杂肾结石患者252例作为研究对象，将患者分为两组，每组各126例，其中联合组在B超联合X线引导下手术，对照组不使用B超，单纯采用X线引导下手术。比较两组患者各指标的差异。结果：联合组手术时间、并发症发生例数均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者术中出血量、肾盂瘘管留置时间、住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：B超联合X线在经皮肾镜治疗复杂肾结石，可降低并发症发生风险，缩短手术时间。
