全程护理模式在小儿包皮环切术中的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：分析全程护理模式在小儿包皮环切术中的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年12月本院收治的160例包皮环切术儿童作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组80例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在对照组基础上进行全程护理模式干预，比较两组患儿恐惧情况、手术情况及护理满意度。结果：除恐惧1级外，观察组恐惧情况、手术情况及护理满意度均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：全程护理模式在小儿包皮环切术中可以缓解患儿恐惧和紧张情绪，减轻患儿疼痛感，保障包皮环切术的顺利进行。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the whole nursing mode in pediatric circumcision. Method:From January 2013 to December 2015,160 circumcision children in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,each group had 80 cases.The control group was given routine nursing mode and the observation group was given whole nursing mode on the basis of control group,two groups of fear situation,operation condition and nursing satisfaction were compared. Result:In addition to fear grade1,the fear situation,operation condition and nursing satisfaction of observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole nursing mode in pediatric circumcision can ease the fear and tension,reduce pain in children,ensure the smooth operation of circumcision.
