肺炎支原体、呼吸道合胞病毒联合检测在婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的应用

         

摘要

目的:研究肺炎支原体(MP)和呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)联合检测在婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年3月于本院就诊的400例年龄为3个月~3岁的下呼吸道感染婴幼儿,按有无喘息分为喘息组和无喘息组,每组200例。所有患儿入组后均联合检测MP和RSV,比较两组MP和RSV阳性率、检测满意度、特应性体质及家族病史情况。结果:喘息组MP和RSV阳性率、特应性体质及家族病史均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组检测满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:当患儿存在下呼吸道感染时,通过联合检测体内血清MP和RSV抗体滴度,快速鉴别诊断出喘息性疾病,可明显减少检查费用及时间,值得在临床上推广使用。%Objective:To explore the application value of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae (MP) and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) detection in infantile asthmatic disease.Method:From June 2014 to March 2015,400 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in children aged 3 months to 3 years old were selected in our hospital,they were divided into wheezing group and no wheezing group,each group had 200 cases.All patients were combined to detect MP and RSV,the positive rate of MP and RSV in two groups,the degree of detection satisfaction,the specific physical and family history of the disease were compared.Result:The positive rate of MP and RSV,the specific physical and family history of the disease in wheezing group were higher than the no wheezing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in degree of detection satisfaction of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For infants with lower respiratory infection,detection of MP and RSV antibody titer can quickly make a differential diagnosis of asthmatic disease,greatly reduce the inspection charge and shorten the inspection time.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
