显微输精管全层吻合34例分析

摘要

Objective: Summarizes the characteristics of ful -thickness microscopic anastomosis of the vas deferens and clinical ef ect. Methods: Under operating microscope The whole layer anastomosises of Vas deferens were complied in 34 Patients. Results: The postoperative 34 cases, 33 cases of semen was found in the sperm, sperm density≥6×106/mL in 31 cases, 2 cases of sperm density <6×106/mL,1 case of spermatogenic failure without a fine. 26 cases of spouse pregnancy (pregnancy rate 76.5%). Conclusion:The ful layer anastomosis is a simple, high success rate, safe and ef ective surgical method.%目的：总结分析输精管显微全层吻合术的特点及临床效果。方法在手术显微镜下对34例患者行输精管全层吻合术。结果术后34例有33例精液中查出精子，31例精子密度≥6×106/mL，2例精子密度<6×106/mL，1例由于生精功能衰竭而无精。26例配偶怀孕（复孕率76.5%）。结论全层吻合术是一种操作简单、成功率高、安全有效的手术方法。
