上海市某医院三种职业人员手卫生后采样结果分析

摘要

目的：探讨医院三种职业人员手卫生后采样结果的差异，以便有目的地关注手卫生薄弱人群，更好的落实医务人员的手卫生规范。方法随机选择医院三种职业人员医生、护士、工勤分成三组，观察三组人员手卫生后采样的阳性结果差异。结果三组人员阳性率分别为院医生36.4%、护士28.6%、工勤75%。结论三种职业人员手卫生后采样结果证实院医院工勤为手卫生执行落实的薄弱人群。%Objective Explore the dif erences of the sampling results for three kinds of the hospital lance professionals after the hand hygiene. In order to at ention to the weak crowd of the hand hygiene. And bet er implement the norms of the hand hygiene for the medical staf . Methods Randomly select three kinds of the hospital lance professionals, doctors, nurses and services. Divide them into three groups.Observe the dif erences of the sampling positive results for the three groups after the hand hygiene. Results The positive rate of the three groups were:Doctors 36.4%, Nurses 28.6%, Services 75%. Conclusion The sampling results for the three kinds of the hospital lance professionals after the hand hygiene confirms:the hospital services are the weak crowd of the hand hygiene.
