1例经皮肾镜碎石取石术（PCNL）患者的护理

摘要

Objective To study the percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) patient care. Methods Nursing care of 1 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients were summarized. Results The treatment and nursing of 10 days, the patient recovered without complications. Conclusion By actively improve the preoperative examination, postoperative close observation of changes in condition, to give psychological care, of pain nursing, nursing and health guidance to ef ectively cured purpose.%目的：探讨经皮肾镜碎石取石术(PCNL)患者的护理。方法对1例经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者的护理进行总结。结果通过10d的治疗和护理，病员无并发症发生，治愈出院。结论通过积极完善术前检查，术后严密观察病情变化，给予针对性的心理护理，疼痛护理，管道护理及健康指导，达到有效治愈出院的目的。
