探讨乳腺癌保留乳房术后放疗的临床经验及体会

摘要

Objective To explore the ef icacy of breast cancer breast conserving radiotherapy after operation. Methods This study selected a total of 60 cases were in 2009, May-2011 year in May for whole breast radiotherapy in our hospital breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients after, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The fol ow-up, the survival rate was 96.7%, recur ence rate was 5%;no serious complications of radiotherapy and breast appearance and excellent rate was 75%. Conclusion Breast cancer breast conserving surgery clinical radiotherapy after radical resection in patients with equivalent, high survival rate, disease recur ence rate is low, is conducive to breast appearance.%目的：探究乳腺癌保留乳房术后放疗的临床疗效。方法本次研究选择对象共50例，均为2009年5月~2012年5月在我院进行全乳放疗的保留乳房手术后的乳腺癌患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访发现，患者生存率为96.7%，病变复发率为5.0%；无严重放疗反应和并发症出现；乳房外观优良率为75.0%。结论乳腺癌保留乳房术后放疗的临床疗效与根治术相当，患者生存率高，病变复发率低，有利于乳房美观。
